We offer free standard shipping New Zealand wide. If you change your mind and choose to return your purchase, you'll need to cover the cost of the return courier.

The courier company used may vary between orders, however we generally use Peter Baker Transport. When you receive the confirmation email that your order has been shipped, you'll also be notified which courier company is shipping your purchase with a tracking number.

When shipping your item back to us, please ensure it's securely packaged with its original swing tags. We recommend that you select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. David Mills Ltd does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. We only dispatch orders made in business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm). If your order is placed outside business hours, it will be processed the following business day.

Yes, we welcome returns and exchanges at our physical store in Pukekohe. Please note, if you require a refund, your order will have to be sent to our accounts team to be processed.
