When shipping your item back to us, please ensure it's securely packaged with its original swing tags. We recommend that you select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. David Mills Ltd does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Yes, we welcome returns and exchanges at our physical store in Pukekohe. Please note, if you require a refund, your order will have to be sent to our accounts team to be processed.
